STEM Science Data Analysis

STEM science can crusher experiment

In STEM Science class students are experimenting with crushing soda cans while learning about data collection and analysis.  Students were tasked with predicting the height and weight needed to crush a soda can with a liter bottle of water.  Students placed an empty soda can under a vertical 9 foot tube (the can crusher) and then tested the different weights and heights needed to crush the can.  Students collected data based on their predictions and it was so much fun to see the students' first data predictions compared to their last set of data.  We are so proud of all our students and their academic efforts as a part of our PACK!
