In Ms. Davis class a veteran came and taught each of them how to fold a flag and shared some of his experiences with the class.

Here at SCMS we celebrated Veterans Day on November 10th. We learned all about Veterans Day and the significance of it and created our own field of poppies in remembrance of those who fought for our wonderful country.

We have some amazing talent at SCMS. We had a Veterans day art contest that students submitted they own works of art for. The theme was Land of the free, home of the Brave. These students did some wonderful submissions!
