We have some lots of fun things going on this week at school. Our wonderful councilors have put together a fun culture week with different activities happening every day throughout the day and at lunch. If you would like to participate in these events come on down to the office and get some more info.

Our dance classes surprised the students on Thursday with a flash mob at lunch.  The theme was Dancing Thru the Decades - everybody was delighted for the spontaneous lunch time entertainment!

We are so lucky to have Mrs. Weight as one of our teachers here at SCMS! She is our teacher of the year! She was recognized at Nebo Board Meeting.

Help Clean-Up SCMS!  Anybody interested in cleaning up SCMS school ground is welcome to show up on Saturday morning from 8-10 am.  There is a community wide effort sponsored by Kranky Frank to help clean up Springville.  We support his efforts and are grateful for his efforts!  Hope you can join in.

All students and faculty at Spanish Fork High are safe.  This was a false report of an active shooter at Spanish Fork High.  Police responded quickly and lock down protocol was immediately put into place.  Police swept the building and have deemed it safe.   
As a result your school was either on lockdown or lockout for a short period of time.

We appreciate the quick reaction of our local law enforcement and administration.
