Spring Canyon Middle

Students at Spring Canyon were honored by veterans who came to spend their day with us. We thank the vet who led us in the Pledge of Allegiance and then we heard stories of courage from G. Wayne Anderson, Scott Boyter, and Tyler White who talked about their time in the service. We loved their messages and how they taught us to remember "The One," "Be Courageous" and "Do Hard Things." We also were favored by songs from the choir. A wonderful quartet sang the Star Spangled Banner a cappella. We also were treated to the Military Medley and all students, teachers, and visitors stood while the choir sang about their branch of the military. Thank you choir and wonderful Veterans for making this such a special day at SCMS.
